My Approach

My goal is to help you overcome the mental and emotional roadblocks that have prevented you from staying consistent with your health. I do this by helping you learn the value of your environment, your own anxieties and worries, and the systems around you. Weight loss and wellness aren't simply about CICO - calories in, calories out - we've got to get your mind right first so the rest can fall beautifully into place. We'll learn about nutrition together. We'll learn how to move in a way that makes us feel good - because who doesn't want to feel good?! I've seen the results in my own life - taking a holistic approach that addresses biological, psychological and social components is what will bring you long-term, sustainable success.

I'm a Certified PN1 Nutrition Coach

who lived my entire life without considering how my daily choices affected my health. After having my children, my weight ballooned up to 220 pounds (which didn't matter as much as how awful I felt). I was losing the battle against active alcoholism. When my mother passed away in 2020 due to COVID, I made the decision to get sober and develop a laser focus on health and wellness. I did this by tracking my nutrition and moving for one single day at a time - and now, years later, I'm still making those same small, seemingly inconsequential choices for just one day. One day.
