Here's the deal about meal plans

If there are any foods on this meal plan that you don't like - don't eat them. Plain, simple, period. If you don't feel like having a salad on the day that I've planned out for you, swap it out for another lunch that's in the same calorie range for that day. Meal plans are prescriptive, yes, but you can and should plug in meals that you like on days that you like them. This High Protein Meal Plan is meant to serve you as a guide for healthy, nutrient-dense eating - you can and should also add in higher-calorie, less nutrient-dense foods when you feel like it. Just make sure that you subtract calories from another part of your day to make room for those foods - because if you don't, this guide will be hard to stick to. Eating well - in a way that is loving and supportive of your body and its functions - is a balancing act, and this High Protein Meal Plan is meant to show you how to start that journey.
